Perhaps if it had some kind of notification that someone wanted to chat with you other than a post to say "Hey Jim, check your in box" more people would have used it.

That was my first thought and my post on this I think any strictly my opinion but I think they are hurting financially big time but they obviously can’t say that.

Its easier to over throw the masses if you keep them from communicating directly
