The bar lights make sence to me, light comes out as a prisim and with the spacing of the bars the light is equally balanced or so it seems. I wasnt happy with the SF 2000 becasue it didnt cover the 2 X 4 tent but it does a good job over a 2 X 3 area, for the money I agree it is a good light
