6400k spectrum is more for flower than veg. you can get through an entire grow using a T5!  Ideally they are for seedlings and clones but you can change the bulbs out to get a full spectrum with plenty of actual wattage!  Vipars are good and cheap! Mars makes decent lights for not alot of money

I like HLG and Spiderfarmer. Theyre a good mid/high range LED and decent pricing
