650/25 gives you 26 watts a sq foot which seems low to me but I am not sure that theory works for LED's anymore or ever, if its HID I would double it.
Bottom line I think Texasbob has the answer.
1 light , 4 plants in a 5x5 . light is hangin dead nutz centre of the tent too, hlg scorpion . great light spread out evenly does the trick.
Those are good lights, all you can do is try
they say 35 watt per square feet if possible
