He sounds kinda like my uncle who’s 53, thinks he know it all except my uncle problem is he thinks he can grow any strain outdoors… I’ve tried to tell him not every strain is bred for outside and it’ll catch up to you one day  but he did not listen he told me “I’ll grow what I want” and then a week ago came back over crying saying he went from 2 pounds to 2 grams overnight due to mold and the rain.
