The only suggestion I have is to make sure your ppfd from that light isn't over 500 in veg. I have that light as well. If the pdf get over 300 to 500 in veg it will show slow growth. I say this from my own experience! Once it starts flowering you can go as high as 800 ppfd but not much more than that. and not @ light flip but when the plant is actually flowering. That might explain why it seems like they’re growing pretty slow. I don’t have a way of measuring ppfd right now, but it’s in a 4x4 tent and I have the dimmer switch set to about 40%. I may lower it a little and see if it helps.
I’m growing in a cold basement so I’ve been trying to keep the dimmer switch set as high as I can without bleaching the leaves to generate extra heat because I don’t like leaving the space heater on if I’m away from home.

I have heard you can go as high as a 1100 ppdf in flower, I will find out this grow.
