Great information , I am looking at an led full spectrum light right now , It's 300w and I'm building a 4x4 room . I will look at their chart for the 600 - 1000 ppfd . Thank you guys . Peace !!!
A 300 watt LED wont cover much more than one plant in the corner of your tent. Nothing wrong with running 4 of them in there, in fact I would prefer that.
If you plan on growing 4 plants under that LED I am afraid you will be disappointed.
