I have diabetic nerve pain even after 2 years of and AC1 of 6.0, they tell me I will have it until I die, my legs are numb from the knees down and my feet feel like I am walking on dull legos even when I am laying down. That's the price of not taking care of my self in younger years, its all self inflicted really. They had me on Gabapentin and that made into an asshole, ok bigger asshole. Now its Duloxetine and that helps and makes me more tolerable according to my wife and thats the problem with most of the pills, they change who you are and you dont know it.
I also have an autoimmune disorder and at one point my immune system decided my small blood vessels were bad and started killing them. They put me on Prednisone. Prednisone is the one they give you when they have no idea what to do because it will do something. Its the drug that makes Dr. Jekyll into Mr Hyde.
Weed helps, not a huge amount but any little bit is something, it sure as hell dont hurt.

Dont feel bad for me, I am doing fine, discomfort is nothing like the actual pain people with Migraines deal with. My wife gets those, I cant describe what its like but you can see the pain in some ones eyes when they come on, its awful and there is nothing you can do to help them. Most people that suffer from Migraines usually end up finding some concoction of over the counter drugs, weed, cracking bones, cold compress, hot compress and positioning themselves in a way that eases the pain and when I say eases the pain I mean it keeps them from eating the golden BB. My wife had botox injections in her head that really seem to help and I get to call her butt fat head, so win/win for me

The shitty part of that is after all those years of joking about it I get glaucoma and now they say it's not good for it. LOL
