Colorado Blue Spruce

I also took on the challenge of germinating my own blue spruce. I have about 300 seedlings but I'm only keeping 24 for my own.... In about 2 years I should be ready to put them around my perimeter. When I'm long gone the nephew will have a good tree line around the property.

    • did u get seeds from cones that fall off the spruces?  i have a field full of pruces i planted as seedoings back in 79...an around yard i have a few firs an other strains of spruce...some those firs get cones that fall off

        • i wanna learn how to propagate red barberry and gold barberry shrubs..i have  both of em but want to make more rather than buying em
