Recharge

Just watching a video on germination and he said that when he dampens his paper towels with seed in between he uses a water n recharge solution.He said he feels like recharge is good for the plant roots and the tap is a root he feels this gives the tap a better chance a proper development.Any thoughts on this anyone.Im getting ready to sprout 5 more in about 2 weeks may give one or two a test with Recharge n see what happens
