Hey Cakefan my ppfd is 420 @20% power they are on a 20 n 4 Schedule that would make my par 21 is this correct n can they take more light. Lights .these are maxed out in height can I safely lower them to 24"AC These are young seedlings less than a week up

    •  research ! Look up Dr. Bruce Bugbee on youtube. Look at his lighting videos. That is what I did.
