AC Infinity Support

I have a Gen. 1 oscillating fan 6" the gear drive has become really wore down. I sent a text message to their support (ac infinity) With in 15 minutes and 2 emails later, they are sending me a new replacement free of charge. So while I was emailing them I was cleaning my new fan from ac infinity and I broke a blade. They are going to replace that as well. I bought the first fan in feb 2023 they have a 2 year warranty on them then. Now they have a 5 year warranty and they stand behind their product. Customer support is the quickest and best yet! A+ company.
