Can anyone have a look if this is showing gender? Are they pistils?

Not yet. You have some bugs that you better deal with too! When a weed plant shows it's sex you will see a two part appendage. The pistil, which is white to clear, will be coming out of the first calyx. The first calyx always looked to me like a elves boot. GL
