time of lighting

What is the time for your lighting during flowering for your girls in grow tents. I hear 12/12 or 18/6. I want to be sure my girls get enough sleep time. I can't wait until warmer weather so we don't have to worry about it. I'm seeing all of the pics posted very nice in all the stages of growth.

      Autoflowers run on 18/6 the whole cycle.

      Photoperiods need 12/12 to flower. Usually 18/6 for veg.
