EggNog

anyone know a good recipe for 'infusing' eggnog?

would you use a redux or infusion? perhaps infused sugar, recipes for 'nog call for a lot of sugar. maybe infuse the yolks separately since there are a lot of fats in the yolk and maybe the cream too?

any master chefs in the audience?

eggnog thick rich and get you stoned would be the best

      Sounds interesting ! I love me some nog !! I always just make oil first, and then use it to put in all kinds of stuff. Never tried egg nog. I wonder if you could heat up egg nog and add oil, then cool it back down ? Keep us posted .
