My calmag.

Cheaper Cal Mag. This much epsom salts and calcium will last me for a long long time much longer than if I would buy a ready-made cal-mag product. I am also able to give more or less magnesium as needed. Does anyone else use epsom salt and a calcium product for their calmag needs?
