What kind of light do you guys recommend? Plain white LED or UV?

Dear friends, 

I have been trying to germinate but as soon as the seedlings reach the height of 8-10cm they start to tumble and evetually die. What am I doing wrong? Too much / too little water-humidity-temperature?  Please help.
