Great song, I prefer the live version on Double Live Gonzo! I grew up in Detroit and he was a god in the late 70's. Seen him 4 times live. Brings back some great memories. ✌🏻

one of my favourite uncle ted songs , i've seen him 3-4 times as well in Detroit .late 70's and early 80's are an absolute blur to me though lol . wasn't there a new years eve concert/party at airconditioned Cobo arena for awhile ?

  Not sure about the party. I left in May,1980. I was uncle Sam's property for 8 years and moved west when I got out. If I remember wright, the last time I seen him was 78 with Sammy Hagar at Cobo Hall.

  whiplash bash i think in 87 ? anyways , first time i think i seen him live was at the Silverdome with The Cars opening up for him in 78 as well .
