RECIPE SECTION DOES NOT WORK / CHAT NOT WORKING

Went out to check the “recipes” to see if anyone posted their method of RSO making and it is not working.   That’s TO BAD!!  I will mention that I believe chat has been down NEAR 2 weeks. I did send a short email to nirvana telling them about chat only. I received a reply back from a Walter 3 days ago saying he will relay that message to computer programmer.    Wonder what’s going on ??  Hope they are working on this for everyone!!!!😊
