Flush to end the grow?

So my grow doesnt quite come to an end and now I know I will be leaving for three months by early February. Should I start flushing to force them to an end? I can harvest them as is really but I would like to see some amber.

As far as I know flushing them will not finish them it is more for taste n so weed burns clean (white ash)when smoked.This is my opion iBWen

Generally I flush the last 2 weeks n have had no issues doing so
