i buy the 240 ppm Cs and dilute it down with distilled water to around 50 ppm or so....then a week er so b4 i flip lights to 12/12 i start spraying the CS twice a day..sometimes i forget to but no biggie..then after i flip to 12/12 i spray for another week twice a day and then another week only once a day..then shortly after that depending on the strain..i see male pods forming...this pic i just sprayed one limb on that plant

That’s why I prefer the STS tho you only have to spray once every 5 days till u see the pollen sacks.
