well it's only 15 w that's really not much, will be enough for veg the first weeks, but you won't have a growth as vigourous as it should after the plant reach a certain stage.
I agree 100% I will maybe get a more proper light a little later down the road but the plan is to have the plants outdoors eventually. Maybe buy a very cheap "green house" to help keep bugs out.
