yet it seem i managed (again) to overwater two out of three that i transplanted in small cup ... not sure they will make it past seedling stage.

Yes sir they are so delicate at that stage.less can sometime be better

Sprinkle cinnamon around the stems, to prevent damping off from the overwatering.
