HPS as long as you don't have heat problems. I have used my HPS throughout an entire grow except for seedling stage . They love this light

      Yes they do but here in southeast it gets very hot n humid in the summer.hard to control heat in tent I always run my lights at night n off during the hot of the day.hope new led helps with this issue
