I agree with all of the above and I think it was Sub that coined the phrase "if it looks ready give it 2 more weeks". Seriously I do a lot of experimenting, even too the point of kiling plants but I have never seen one go over the hill.

P.S. I have spent a bunch of $ on microscopes and none of them make my hands any steadier and thats a huge part of trich pictures.
