i just recently went through something similar,but it was all leaves, but it was my ph probe on my guardian went out of calibration. straitened out the ph and back to great healthy plants.so check ph first. gl
i check the ph with a probe in the soil?
you can do it that way or make a slurry with your runoff and check it that way.
