I think light is a great subject, and a subject maybe still very misunderstood.  My confusion lies where, why is it in growing weed, it seems like the buds that don't get light get fluffy and larfy?  But in nature let's say avocados, I got avocados on my tree that are buried under branches and leaves at the bottom of the tree, getting no sun and they are huge?  I guess my question is to outdoor growers, does the plants grown outside act the same?  Or does the sunlight somehow penetrate and all the buds are dense?  Another question is why is it when you see a lot of commercial grows, the lights are like shit, looks like 5-6 ft clear of the canopy?  And I don't think they are using but like 1000 watt fixtures, yea grant it they have a lot but at the light distance increases doesn't the par rating decrease?  So how they run them lights so far away?  Just some things that I have pondered on.  Happy growing.
