Temps are very important for successful cloning ! Keep your temps between 75 and 80, and your humidity up too. I've never used any ferts when cloning for the first weeks. I have used a product called KLN  You will get many different ideas on ways to clone. For a system like you have KLN is a product you can mix diluted to 1/4 strength, and just add to your water.
