Get a dehumidifier, for me was no way round it.  Same as you, after watering, humidity shot way tf up.  Had bud rot once, I ain't doing that again.  My room stays wherever I set the dehumidifier at. I picked up a used one on Craig's or OfferUp for 60 bucks, it was like 300 new.  Canopy looks great man, take care them girls.  Happy growing.
