autoflowers come in males. but I am curious how it all went to seed? having recently and purposely made some seeds, pollen gets in everything and it's possible that your girl was hit out side with a good gust of pollen contaminated air? anyone nearby stick a boy outside recently? maybe at the same time you took the girl outside? 

hermied plants get a lot of seeds too but you see the left over nanners so you are pretty certain when you see it.
