Just don’t feed too much.  Take your time and don’t get in a hurry.  Make notes on what you do, that way when the wheels come off, you can look back and hopefully see the mistake.  If anything I’ve gotten great at messing up but I’m learning as I go.  Keep it up.  Plant looks happy right now to me.
