I wonder if SN-02 or 203 is similar to SM-90 which is a plant based wetting agent that has many uses from insect control to a fungicide ? Cali took it off the market for some reason a couple years ago. I use it when I foliar spray .
Not sure but the sm90 got taken off shelf for not listing salicylic acid which makes it a pesticide in Ca. They took it off because of them not listing it in ingredients.
