look like mites, or flea beetle either are annoying and bad, though if I had to choose I'd rather have the beetle than the mites.

give her a good rinse in soapy water and let her air over nite letting the soap solution stay on the leaves. but I am not any kind of expert on this and bugs destroyed my last years outdoor crop.
