You need to scope the trichomes to know for sure but it looks to me like they lied like LED salespeople 

They look good though, I grew a CBD strain from Dinamed that was supposed to be 1% thc and 15-20% CBD, They lied it was the exact opposite. Nice solid nugs and a good smoke though
