when this happened the FIRST time i responded to the erroneous spam screen in the fashion accordingly.. i also filed out a ticket as you suggest and Rick posted a message. this LAST time he posted and it STILL took several days for this to be resolved.  This has happened to me at least 4 times in the last 4 months. i will certainly do as you said but it just makes me feel like a second class citizen
