sorry to hear I have had a 99% success with them.I only had one not to pop, It was because I used a heating pad and cooked it lol.I did have a couple that went like for 7 days before ... Just fyi the seeds are not illegal in a hemp farmbill state because they contain no thc. Hell they sell humboldt seeds at my hemp dispensary . Now they are illegal on a federal level.
