You can do whatever you want with them except reveg them. The ones I grew inside made a shit load of leaves and when I  would defol they seemed like making more leaves was more important than putting that energy into buds. I still wake up in a cold sweat at night sometimes from the recurring dream of drowning in leaves so grow with caution
