I finally found the pics of Tommy Chong taken when he visited Springfield Illnois on his stand up comedy tour . This pic is of T. Chong with the owner of Penny Lane, Harvy Utterbach. This was taken when we went there to buy some smoking paraphernalia that could not be purchased in Cali. at the time! He looks a little different with short hair..he,he,he  A day I'll never forget !!!
