Slow seeds

I'm having a little of a problem with getting my seeds to sprout.i have had my seeds in a paper towel nin the dark on a warming mat n only have 2Green crack n 1each  bubba n Master kush.they have been soaking a week now.i took advantage of the BOGO Nirvana just had may toss the ones that aren't doing anything.in my experience if they that slow to sprout they probably won't do well.anyone got any thoughts I started with 10 seeds
