Sooo bought spider farmer sf1000 lights earlier this year for right around 100 bucks a piece.recently bought bloom spec ss1000 lights for 50 bucks each and they are stronger ppf than the spider farmer lights.......should have done...

Can anyone tell me when is a good time to start scrogging,is it not till flower or is it during veg?
