Hi, very nice of course that you are worried about how to send seeds, but I received several letters, in one they were in plain form, in branded packages. From Europe they send and they come, only Spain even before the war said that they could not send to Ukraine. So I don't know how to actually do by law, but I got a postcard and another letter from Nirvana where they were just in branded bags of one seed. The envelopes were sealed probably before they were given to the post office.
