4 me it's like living n a small town then going to a bigger town going n 2 Wal~Mart i fill like i am  one of 1,000's n a warehouse with no space all those attitude problems ass hole's those know everything here i have seen the growers behind me some n front of me n prove there skills n growing i feel like am part of the family here i like that
