Morning J420, Your substrate/soil is controlling the growth of the plant right now. BE PATIENT bruh ! After any transplant sometimes the plant will take a week or two to turn around and start jammin again. The fert charge isn't helping matters either. Stay on a water only plan until you start to see rapid growth. PH 6.0. What is your light source and photoperiod ? Hang in there !!  PEACE
