Chocolate Malt Cookies

1. 8 TB. unsalted butter at room temp.
2. 8 TB. canna butter at room temp.
3. 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar.
4. 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
5. 2 large eggs.
6. 1 TB. vanilla extract.
7. 2/3 cup malted milk powder.
8. 2 cups all purpose flour.
9. 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
10. 1/2 tsp. salt
11. 1 (12oz.; 340g) bag of semisweet chocolate chips.

1. Heat the oven to 340F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
2. In medium bowl, beat unsalted butter, canna-butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar with mixer until light and fluffy, about 5 to 7 minutes. Beat in eggs one at a time until combined. Beat in vanilla extract untill combined. Set aside.
3. In large bowl, combine malted milk powder, all purpose flour, baking soda and salt. Add to butter and sugar mixture and mix. Stir in semisweet chocolate chips.
4. Place tablespoon size balls of dough 2 inches apart. Bake until cookies are set, about 9 to 11 minutes
