Ready for a peek of my Original Glue plants half way through the stretch?

by harley24 about August 1 - report

These girls have not stretched as much as i thought they would, but they were super cropped earlier. They started out at 22" when i flipped to flower, and now they are at 32", so they have grown 10" in less than 14 days. At least i know i will have head room and do not have to worry about them outgrowing the lights. These plants are the easiest plants to grow that i have ever grown. I have not had one single yellow or discolored leaf with these six plants. They all have nice fat branches that are really strong and in no way do they need any silica of any kind. I FIM'ed them at 4 weeks, and i have plenty of cola's on each plant. They have at least 7 more weeks to go, so we will see what happens. I am giving them GH base nutrients, Liquid Koolbloom, Terpinator, and Calimagic. They get 1300ml per day and give no runoff. The canopy on each plant has stayed even so far with about one more week of stretch to go. I will keep giving them 1/4tsp per gallon of "N" to week 7 so they stay nice and green, then i will stop giving any "N" to them. The lights now include 3 1200w full spectrum, 2 2000w full spectrum and one 1500w full spectrum led lights. I have not figured out the watts coming from the wall, but i am sure i have plenty for these six girls. Any feedback is welcome. Peace

Thanks Screwstick, and the bags i am using are 7 gallon fabric bags. They seem to work better for me than the 5 gallon bags i was using for photo period strains. More room for more roots is what i say. Peace

I think he's using 7 gal bags, those things are growing like crazy, not sure if it's the super cropping but when you have 20 going it's not that thick in there can't see the wall behind them. It is still my favorite, it is a fine specimen.

Thanks Hulk, and i am with you on this becoming my favorite as well. This strain is a no brainer imo because it is so easy to grow, takes all the nutrients you want to give them and takes to any and all kinds of training. Plus the yield is really good, no...  more

If you haven't grown the Candy Kush I highly recommend it up there with the glue.

First thanks for the comments, and i am probably paying about $40 per month for running all this equipment. I also keep my air running and it is set at 77*F. I did have it at 76*F, but just that one degree made a difference of $30. I will really be glad w...  more

Thanks King, and i thought they might stretch a little more than what they are doing, but it does not hurt my feelings any with what they have done so far. Peace

Thanks Chub, and i have one week from Wednesday for my 21 day stretch. Sometimes they will stretch a few days longer or stop a little short of 21 days. Either way will make me happy so i can get to my defoliation and tying my branches around so all the bu...  more

Thanks Tom, and i need to grow the tangie myself. I think it will be my next photo period grow. Once you grow this strain you will automatically want to grow it again imo. Peace

I liked Tangie and Blue Dream so well that I grew them both in back to back grows with limited growing space. That is hard to do when you have a lot of different strains in your arsenal to try out. I have a nice stash of both put back for special occasion...  more

Thanks SBL, yea, 10" in almost 2 weeks is a good stretch, and like i said, it does not matter how much more or less they go to me. I am ready for them to do whatever at this point so i can get my defoliation finished and all the branches tied back. Peace
