Customer service

I ordered some Tangie bout a month ago so 14 days in I'm getting jacked up going to the mailbox for my package to arrive, long story short payment did not go through. I got the confirmation email when purchase was made but for whatever reason did not go through, and Nirvanas notification went to spam. I emailed Nirvana and within about 10 hours AJ responded. That's impressive. I don't check cause wife handles that but I will now when ordering. Thought I'd pass it on its a shitty feeling but thankfully I have back ups. Not much he can do about the order, but he did hook me up. Never want to have to use customer service but nice to know they will take care of you. Thanks AJ

    Imo Nirvana is first rate with everything they do. Alice is my hero! Had to use customer support twice and both times I was completely satisfied!

    i only had to have seeds replaced once since 2011..customer service sed that this once in good faith they will replace order...seems like i remember it being "Black Jack"..all was good after that

    I've only had to use the shop support once since I've buying seeds from Nirvana, and AJ was on it before I sent them an email! Top-notch service with Nirvana is all I can say.

    If I contact Nirvana CS, they alway respond within 24 hours- always.They have a positive attitude and are friendly/reassuring if my order seems a little late. -specifically AJ.It’s one thing to get your seeds, but they keep it organized and I’ve always received the seeds that I order. No screw ups.I won’t go anywhere else even though I’d love to try the “LSD” strain.

    Nirvana has great customer service, but sometimes you have to wait a while to get it. The customer service is worth waiting on imo.  Peace
