    I would bet on too much nutes. The leaves are dark green with burnt tips. They look leatherly and dry.

    I need to see them under natural light.. More info would help as well.     I see a lot of Nute burn going on and the onset of Nitrogen toxicity. Looks to me like you need to flush the plant heavily and then back off on the amount of nutes you are feeding. Try cutting the nutes in half and during the water cycles use Cal-Mag. Definitely flush before you do anything else and let the soil dry out before you feed it again.
