Is there anything unique to growing the Kush strain or is it just a name? Is a Kush strain supposed to be stronger or higher in THC? Ive only grown two different Kushes. Banana Kush and most recently im growing OG Kush. To me they seem to be a bit more particular and finicky. and the bud stacks up differently
The Kush strain is composed of relatively higher levels of fenchol, camphene, a-terpineol, Linalool, and terpinolene. The OG strain, on the other hand, contains mainly compounds of guaiol, myrcene, a-pinene, β-eudesmol, and trans-ocimene.
dont get me wrong its a good strain. i am smoking it right now. its just different. and out of 5 strains that i grew this run, its my least favorite. Out of the 5 Bubblegum was my fave. The Banana does have a sweet flavor and aroma but to me it doesnt smell like bananas
Hey booze, I just found ur response 2 days later. It wasn’t there before. Hummm,🤔 some strange stuff happening. Thanks for ur feedback. I really don’t want to waste a lot of time on a grow that I may not be hands down satisfied with. May move that one to back burner.
I don't do anything different with a Kush strain's, most will eat a lot and the smell is always unique compared to other types weed but the same among Kush strains. They are a nice balance between Indica and Sativa where the Indica dominants and makes big leaves and nice wields and the buzz is a little thought provoking. I have never met a Kush strain I have not enjoyed growing or smoking.
Here's what I dont get, I know I love a Kush and I love a Haze so why do I keep growing strains that are neither. Not that I am ever disappointed but I think its time for me to pick a direction and stay the course.
