OXYGENATION OF ROOT SYSTEMS

Hi all, I've been using Zerotol for quite some time, mainly to clean rooms between grows. Now I'm using it more for increasing the DO (dissolved oxygen) levels in my substrate outdoors, later in the year, when the substrate tends to become compacted. It's really a pretty remarkable product, that most growers aren't aware of.  I wanted to post this for you all to read, so you could determine if it would be helpful for your own grows. I don't do hydro, but I would think this product would be very useful in hydro, you decide . Happy growin   https://www, .growertalks.com/Article/?articleid=22058

    • Peroxide is the same thing man all u’d have to do is dilute it down.

That stuff is the same as hydrogen peroxide except it has another ingredient added called Peracetic acid and that chemical is harmful to even beneficial bacteria an fungus.

      • Hydrogen peroxide is bad thing for hydro and it only lasts long enough to kill the good bacteria along with the bad. I will check out the  Zerotol  though. I use Physan 20 for cleaning and disinfecting but I think its supposed to be good for roots too and I am also not sure you can still buy it.
