you might need to take a tooth pick and use the pointy end to remove that membrane from those lil leaves so they open up..Gently! maybe put a couple drops of water right on the seeds head to soften it up sum too
Good advice! I have wet a piece of toilet paper and kinda gently squeezed it around the plant for 20 minutes or so to soften it.
